We do not use “cookies” to collect any information about visitors to our website.
We do not share, rent or sell any information about visitors to our website to any third party. We collect aggregate information site-wide, including anonymous site statistics. We log domain names and/or IP addresses. On certain pages such as the HRRC membership form, we give users the opportunity to provide us with names, addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses or other personal information. We collect this information only with the user’s knowledge and permission.
HRRC’s website stores no information about its visitors other than basic logging for site statistics (machine addresses, not personal email addresses) and information provided by users who fill out our online membership form. We do not compile audit trails of which users browse which pages.
If you choose to provide us with your email address, we may email you at strategically important times. We do not send emails to our members on a scheduled basis. HRRC’s databases are under the complete control of HRRC. They will not be shared, rented or sold to any third party, and they are password protected.
If you choose to email Members of Congress or other government officials through our website and to provide us with a copy of your communication, we may show a copy of that communication to Members of Congress, congressional staffers or other government officials. We may also use your communication as an exhibit at a hearing or other public discussion, or we may quote from it in our educational materials. Also, we may include your name on a list of HRRC supporters that we make public.
